Channels and intake
Does BizPilot connect directly to Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or Google Business today?
No. The current product uses one Smart Intake Link that you share in those places. Direct inbox integrations are not active product functionality.
Where can I share the Smart Intake Link?
Use it on your website, social bio, Google Business Profile, email signature, QR code, saved reply, or in a direct message you send yourself.
What happens after a customer answers the questions?
BizPilot organizes the answers into a request, shows what is still missing, and can prepare a summary and reply draft for your team to review.
AI and human control
What does AI do?
AI helps summarize the request and draft a careful reply or follow-up question using the information provided and approved business context.
Does BizPilot send messages automatically?
No. Your team reviews, edits, copies, and sends the final response through the real customer channel.
Can BizPilot invent a price or confirm a booking?
No. It can make missing details visible and prepare the next question. It does not invent pricing, promise availability, take payment, or confirm a booking.
Setup, data, and pilot
How is the first workflow set up?
The founder reviews one cleaning request path, configures the intake questions and workspace, and confirms operating boundaries before controlled use.
What customer data is used?
The workflow uses the information a customer submits through the intake form and the approved business context needed to organize the request and prepare a draft. See Privacy and Trust for the current boundaries.
How are pilot plans and Premium Operations add-ons priced?
The base pilot prices are shown on the Pricing page. Priority Workbench, Bulk Reply Review, and Availability Coordination are paid add-ons with fit, scope, price, and enablement confirmed separately. There is no self-serve checkout, automatic activation, or automatic send; availability coordination never confirms a customer booking.
Is BizPilot only for cleaning businesses?
The product foundation is intended for service businesses, but cleaning is the only complete pilot template and public demo today. Other service categories remain future work until validated.
